My garage door broke yesterday. I needed my car to get to a doctor's appointment. I phoned Tanya and she sent the service tech, Bob. He arrived within the hour and had the door fixed within 45 minutes. They have a tremendous team there. I recommend them 100%!

Service was great from start to finish. Garage door spring broke on a Sunday morning. Received call back within minutes with estimate. Could have had service same day but elected to avoid the minimum Sunday charge ($400). First thing Monday, the technician (Bob) called in advance and was excellent. Cost was reasonable also.

We are happy to have Door Dr back to install the new garage door for us. Last time we had their service at our house since more than 10 years ago. This time their sales David gave us a lot of information and advices on the doors. We are very appreciated. On the day of installation they showed up on time and took 3 hours to complete the job. It is excellent so I am highly recommended to have their service.

Our door at a busy medical centre stopped suddenly late in the afternoon, trapping many people. I called our trusty door doctor and after explaining the urgency, Tanya and Mark went out of their way to arrive and free the door before the technician could arrive. The door was overhauled and completely fixed shortly thereafter. You just don't get this kind of service anymore. These people are not only wonderful to deal with but very caring and competent. They will always have our business and I heartily recommend them.

One word describes my experience with their work ... Perfect! The entire process was exceptionally professional. My first call was to Tanya (Office Manager), who quickly understood my garage door issues despite my obvious lack of proper terminology; I next sent pictures to Mark, who promptly and easily assessed what was needed to provide a quote; lastly, Matt arrived to perform the repairs that are first-rate. From start to finish there was only great interaction, professional service, and an excellent result. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Door Doctor (Markham).
