Chris is amazing at what he does and it shows in his passion to better his kids. Thanks for everything we’re excited to see you again when it is safe.

Head coach is very knowledgeable about Muay Thai so this is one of the best gyms for anyone serious about training.
Big fan of fight fit classes as well. -

The coaches at the gym are really great and very knowledgeable in these sports.
The atmosphere is awesome, fresh and very clean!

Along with an impressive facility, Chris is a tremendously gifted instructor and you will learn the real stuff from him, from the ground up. He fosters a wonderful atmosphere that is fun, comfortable and seriously focused all at once. I will be purchasing a membership. I can’t wait to go back!!

(February 5, 2021, 4:47 pm)This place is awesome! It is so welcoming to newcomers and while it can be a bit intimidating sometimes, everyone is super helpful and supportive. You get a serious workout but not at the expense of learning and drilling proper technique. I would recommend this place to beginners and veterans alike. It has something for everyone! Love it here !!
