Colden Homes

We had the pleasure of having Colden homes build for us this past year. Tom came highly recommended and he didn't disappoint. Between him and Diane they pretty much kept us on track. They were very receptive to our input and supplied us with many ideas. Deadlines were met and things went very smooth from start to finish. The quality of work is evident throughout our home .If your in the market for a new home we think Colden Homes would be a great choice as your builder.

We had a great experience building our home with Colden Homes. Diane and Tom were both fantastic to work with. They outlined everything very clearly regarding what we needed to pick out and for when. They were extremely organized, flexible and professional. They communicated with us throughout the entire project ensuring that we were happy with everything and exceeded our timeline for our closing date. We would highly recommend building with them to anyone!

Scott and I are so thankful we had the opportunity to work with Colden Home in building our beautiful home. Tom, Diane, and Josh demonstrated professionalism and clearly showed their passion towards the houses they built. They worked efficiently and were patient with us adding our own personal touches. Every day since we moved in, we say "wow, this is our dream home!" Tom and Diane worked with us to make our dream a reality and even made suggestions that we hadn't even thought of to make our house tailored especially to us. I particularly noted that Tom has a sense of pride in what he builds nor did he upcharge our changes. We made our selections quite early and since we had a big family event on the close date, Tom was willing to close on our house a week early. Although we don't plan on moving ever again, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Colden Homes again.

I had such an amazing experience building my new home in Lucan with Colden Homes. This was the first time that my fiance and I had built a brand new home, and I can't say enough good things about working with the team at Colden Homes (specifically Tom and Diane). They were both extremely knowledgeable, professional, and responsive and this made our experience very positive throughout the entire building process.

They asked the right questions and were able to use their experience to make recommendations to help us build our dream home. The team at Colden was very flexible and open to any changes we wanted to make, and this was something that we really appreciated. At every stage of the build, they were there to make sure that they had a clear understanding of what we were looking for.

In the end, Colden built our dream home and delivered the finished product within our preferred timeline/closing date. They did such an amazing job, and even exceeded our expectations. If anyone is looking to build a new home, I would highly recommend building with Colden Homes as I had such a positive experience.
