(December 11, 2023, 4:31 pm)3 stars because the senior feral I adopted, who had been sitting there for months, had worms crawling out of his butt when I got him home.
Otherwise, they are responsive and remedied that situation. I got the best old gentleman in the world in return, who went from a feral colony, to a shelter cage and is now the King of the World, pampered to bits and super affectionate. It took me a month to socialize him (he had some *feelings* about domestication), but in a lifetime of many cats, he's definitely the best. He's a huge baby and I'm so glad I adopted this senior boy.
Three stars because of the tapeworms that should have been dealt with there, but at least a million stars for this guy. -

(November 2, 2023, 6:28 pm)Adopted Tony today. A little boy very scared. It will take a few days for him to feel at home with us. The staff at the London Animals care centre were wonderful and talked with us and answered all our questions.

(October 16, 2023, 1:37 am)I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to adopt a pet. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the animals and their living spaces and with how gently and carefully the staff handled the animals. They were also very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions and concerns. I received an easy to understand instructional booklet on how to care for my new best friend. Great experience, great day. 👍

(September 11, 2023, 2:44 pm)First time adopting a cat in Canada. The shelter looks greatly-managed and the animals are housed with great care. The people genuinely love helping these creatures.
They also made the adoption process seamless. I am happy with everything and giving a cat a new home. Would definitely recommend! And keep up the great work :) -

(August 27, 2023, 5:12 pm)The staff are amazing from my experience....We we're very fortunate to be able to spend time with this beauty..Sadie is now her name..She us fully Vetted and 100% healthy...We added her to our furbaby family..One day at a time...Is this facility lacking funding..YES...Do we need to do better YES.....All in good time...Last pic is off our Littles ...
