(November 15, 2023, 3:31 pm)I took my vehicle for a couple of issues a few days ago to VIP NAPA AUTOPRO - Wonderland Rd S. The service was great, they agreed to look at my vehicle without appointment, and were very reasonable with their diagnostic fees. They're time-frame to look at the vehicle was realistic. I didn't end up going with them for the actual repairs because they're cost for the repairs although competitive was not the best price I could find. I recommend them for smaller services and/or diagnostics. If your in a pinch I'm sure they would do a quality job. Thanks NAPA.

They’re professional and honest and I can trust that my car will be taken care of every time I drop it off. They value high quality service and they value their customers’ experience . I’ve had my brakes, control arms and shocks replaced, oil changed and tires swapped and I’ll definitely be coming back for future car needs!

Dan and Matt were so helpful and knowledgeable with my concerns. Most of all they were genuine and honest. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone and will return for future services

I especially appreciated how they talked me through the issue and also gave some tips to follow moving forward... This is definitely my go-to place now. Great work, and incredibly fair price. (October 23, 2023, 1:15 pm)I am always apprehensive when visiting repair-shops, as I often leave wondering if I have just been taken advantage of due to my lack of car knowledge.
Conversely, my experience at VIP NAPA had me leaving feeling empowered and informed about what is going on with my car, and at no point was I ever "talked down" to. I feel so lucky to have found this place, and it will not become my go-to shop.
