(January 26, 2023, 2:43 pm)New location! Pickup is located at the right side of the building. Drive up to the gate and they'll let you in, pickup door is directly to the left after getting through the gate. It was almost impossible to find and I had to call, I was about to leave... but giving 5 stars because I LOVE being able to pickup my Ikea stuff here AND the two guys were super friendly and helped me load my stuff.

(August 28, 2022, 2:36 am)We were finally able to order the items we've been wanting from Ikea, and knew it would be far cheaper and easier to send it to this place in London than drive all the way to Burlington. With it being where it is, we were able to easily drive around London (rather than through it), which was also a bonus! More importantly, the people we met with at the check in were delightful, and the person who brought our items to our vehicle was so nice. He helped my husband put all 6 boxes into the vehicle, and we really appreciated the assistance. Would definitely send Ikea orders this way again. Thank you!

(February 17, 2022, 5:04 am)We had excellent service on three different occasions from Custom Delivery. Each of the delivery people were friendly, kind, polite and accommodating. They made sure to get our two large appliances in on two separate occasions and a furniture delivery where the delivery person insisted on carrying the heavy boxes up to our unit because they felt the job wasn't done by leaving it just in the lobby floor. It was so lovely. They were mindful of our floors and were very safe with masking. Appreciated the care and thoughtfulness. The booking system is also top notch with the automated calls to tell you where they are at with the delivery the day before and day off. Super impressed and we are happy the retailers we are purchasing from are using them.
