(October 6, 2022, 11:50 am)I have to apologize for writing this review so late, but we get busy with life and stuff gets put off, however I could never let this one go unnoticed.
Sloan, was the most professional, responsible and reliable company I have ever dealt with in my over 36 years in Canada.
A kitchen counter top renovation, turned into probably a nightmare for them, as things kept happening, so much so that I was feeling so sorry for them, I really did.
But the end result was amazing, they owned up to everything, and got themselves an incredibly satisfied customer that will refer them in a hart beat. My experience, for them was also a learning experience, and I am certain that they learned from it, and correct what they need to correct, and move on to greater things.
Everyone I dealt with from Owner himself, through Sales Staff, Installers and even the Service Manager, were incredible professionals. We are so happy with the end result, if I could give them 10 stars I would. -

Despite required covid protocols, we easily had appointments to make our selections and Jessica was always very responsive to our questions. Everything was ready on time, Christina kept in contact with us about templating times and delivery, and the installers were courteous and professional. Our countertops are stunning. We are also so pleased we went with the quartz backsplash -it just added an extra wow factor! This is an excellent company to go with and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

(August 11, 2020, 6:15 pm)We worked with GCW Kitchens to customize a principal bath vanity. They proudly partner with Sloan Stone and I was able to bring a few quartz options home to see which best fit the light in the room as well as other design elements. Surprisingly, we picked a stone we wouldn't have chosen in the showroom. We went with Haida, a lovely white quartz with delicate grey veining. Sloan Stone came out and did the measurements and 2 weeks later installed our counter and 2 undermount sinks. They were efficient and professional. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend Sloan Stone!
