I followed Queendy from Walmart in another city, years ago when she was an optician-still-working-on-her-opthamologist-papers. The opthamologist at the time didn't seem to comprehend my concerns about my glasses not being quite right. However, Queendy did. So I followed her to Sears in another city and then again when she opened her own practice. I've had many opthamologists over many years in several cities. She is the best of them all as far as knowing and understanding eye/vision issues and how to prescribe for them. I drive an hour to see her every couple of years for good reason.
I have been seen by Dr. Cheung for the last 4 years. Each and every year I have received friendly and thorough service. Dr Cheung takes the time to explain everything, she is a kind and caring doctor. Her assistant Stephanie is efficient, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Her bubbly personality makes the environment a comfortable and pleasant place to be. It's been mentioned in previous reviews, and I would have to agree the Assistant is absolutely beautiful , with the most incredible eyes I have ever seen, (makes it difficult to focus on anything else) Overall, extremely positive experience, each and every visit, I highly recommend Dr Cheung and Stephanie for your future eye exam needs
I truly do not understand why so many terrible reviews i have been seen by Dr Cheung and Stephanie for years now and have always received the highest quality service, Stephanie is efficient and always friendly, very knowledgeable and as someone already mentioned shes smokin! beautiful girl , and Dr Cheung is always informative goes above and beyond for all her patients. I have recommended this establishment to all of my friends and family. Thank you Dr Cheung and Stephanie!!
Receptionist at the front counter didn't deliver decent customer service, but the optometrist was pretty good and professional.
