The DW concept has allowed this gym to renew itself by integrating cross-functional training and by evolving its class offerings to remain competitive in the current market place.
I experienced a disappointing setback this morning regarding some equipment. When I spoke to Brody about it, my frustration was met with compassion and understanding, as well as a very reasonable explanation and the assurance of a speedy repair. The level of customer care that he delivered exceeded my expectations and was extremely appreciated. I look forward to many more great workouts here, and thank you Brody, for saving me from myself today. -

(August 29, 2023, 1:52 am)Awesome spot to get your workout in! I'm on the 5 days for $5 in Aug deal. Has everything you could possibly want/need. I'm a swimmer so having a pool is huge for me. Great gym, great vibe 💪 Looking forward to signing up for a full membership in September!

(July 7, 2023, 2:35 am)I’m happy with the layout and the equipment. Staff are all very nice and helpful. I wish they could add a bit of classic rock to the music they play, but overall it’s a great place to workout

(April 26, 2023, 1:41 am)Best gym I’ve ever been, it has every machine or equipment you can ever think of, the staff it’s really nice and friendly and they also offer protein food, snacks and shakes. The gym also has a pool, massage room, multiple weightlifting room, big washrooms and change rooms, even an only girls gym and some other things but for the price is probably one of the best gyms ever.
