(March 14, 2022, 12:27 am)I had a really good experience about a week ago. Casey towed my car. Clearly knew what he was doing. Didn't mess around. Had my car hooked up and secured in minutes. Very professional. Very polite, and kind, and helpful. Explained the process clearly and precisely.
You can tell he likes his job, too. He made a point of telling me how much he enjoys working for Ross's, and how the managent is decent, helpful, and approachable, and that they take good care of their drivers. He didn't really have to tell me that. It was pretty evident.
Thanks, Ross's! You helped me in my hour of need. And thank you Casey. You're a rock star. -
