(March 20, 2022, 12:15 am)Of all the auction houses this side of T.O. that I have been a patron of, McKenzie's is one of the best. Honest. No hassle. Very organized. Quick pickup. Returned merchandise auction items are described well; if they know the item has any issues they will tell you, unlike some other places. I regularly buy from McKenzie's and will continue to do so.

(March 17, 2022, 2:34 pm)I've found some really good deals on household items at the auction. The descriptions are helpful to know what condition to expect. Only twice have I ever received an item that did not match the original description and they were happy to arrange a return and refund. The employees working at the pickup location are always courteous and efficient.

(March 15, 2022, 9:26 pm)I frequent four different local auction sites in London, and if I was given the choice of purchasing an identical item, at the same price point, from all four sites, I would choose McKenzie. There staff is always pleasant, the wait times for picking up items is always very reasonable, and items never go missing (unlike some other auction sites). They do need to fix the pot holes to the curb side pick up, feel like I should be switching to 4 wheel as I enter their lot. Also, their lot offerings used to be much more diverse, seems they are tending/trending to more of an Amazon Basics experience (cheaper quality but good value), it would be nice to see more higher quality items mixed in... finding diamonds in the rough is my motivation for spending countless hours scouring auction sites.

Slight bump in the road but they made everything right - without us asking!! These guys are rare gems and I'll definitely being doing business with them again.
