(June 13, 2018, 4:37 am)People seem to complain that the gym is too full during peak times, but it is meant to be a smaller location that is open 24/7 (which is fantastic)! The place is clean, the gym fairly large, and the staff are excellent. It could use so more variety/times for their live classes, but that again is a function of the size and not necessarily a critique...it does very well with the size it is and I love going there (whereas I find most other locations even more overwhelming at peak times).

(March 22, 2018, 12:39 am)Most of the staff are great, the machines are well kept up but there aren't enough to go around when the place fills up. Trainers are friendly and welcoming. Change rooms are nice and good sized.
Had an iffy experience with a customer service employee last time I was there that sort of demonstrated a lack of training on their part but generally my interactions with the employees are very positive. -

(February 6, 2017, 2:59 pm)The staff are friendly and do help if you need it, but the popular machines are the ones the place only seem to have 1 of. The change rooms are always clean, so is the shower area. They have a sauna too. (My personal favorite) The only things that would make this rating a 5-star is to make the employees a little less intimidatingly pushy, and if towels weren't an extra $5 on top of a bi-weekly membership.
