(May 6, 2019, 2:13 am)They have everything you need. It is adequate, not the best. The weights are all over the place, people don't care to put them back. Machines are not kept well. For the price, you get what you paid for. They only have 3 treadmills, sometimes only two are working. The place does not seem clean. Dust bunnies all over the place. A lot of bodybuilders work out there. I like the idea of you can use the gym from 5am-11pm as long as you have a valid key fob.

(March 5, 2019, 12:51 am)Great gym for body builders and fitness gurus alike. There’s no gym in London with more variety, ANY machine you could ever want is here. Any size of free weight as well as a turf. Staff are awesome.

(August 19, 2017, 6:55 am)Love this gym. Great hardcore vibe, good music playing, amazing machines and equipment and some good bars. Lots of racks for squats to find what suits you best. Allows chalk (hard to find a gym that allows it), and grunting. Has a mini turf and tire to flip or do farmers walks. Includes a supplement shop in the gym (overpriced but well stocked), and offers day passes and individual serving supplements.
