She was very quick to respond to any of our questions or requests, and was always positive and cheerful throughout the process. Truthfully, buying a house in the current market was daunting at times, though Michale managed to keep us optimistic regardless. In the end, she found us a lovely home in a great neighbourhood, and we couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter!

She was knowledgeable and supportive, and helped us remain positive and focussed throughout the challenges of purchasing a home in the red-hot market of 2021. Our communication with Michale was easy and effective, and we genuinely enjoyed viewing houses with her (which was important given how many we eventually saw!). We felt very well equipped when it came time to make an offer on a property, and never felt pressure from Michale to go in on a house or at a price that wasn’t the right fit for us. The sell of my home could not have gone better. We had many discussions on the best approach and she showed the flexibility and willingness to listen and take into account my views. We worked as a team. I felt I was in very good hands throughout the whole process. I highly recommend her services. She made sure it would be a good experience and it was.
