(May 17, 2020, 5:04 pm)If I could give more stars I absolutely would. The staff was so friendly and helpful and even talked me out of a phone I didn't want but was willing to get cause I was desperate for a phone. They provided me with a loaner phone while they ordered in the one I actually wanted.

I highly recommend this Mobile Shop to anyone and everyone who wants to receive the royal treatment while making a very important purchase! I scoped out several places before I finally made my decision and it paid off 100%. Thank you Adam! (FYI.. I am not a relative or friend or friend of a friend!)

Anytime I have an issue with my cell (I.E. broken or lost SIM) the lady working went above and beyond to help. Even letting me use the store phone to call virgin customer support and staying with me to help walk me through the process. I recommend going here to get a new phone or tablet ext.
