(November 18, 2019, 2:11 pm)I bought my daughter a pair of winter boots from here, which was my first ever purchase in this store. After a few days of her wearing the boots, one of them ripped. I was disappointed to see this, but I called the store to see what could be done & the next day it was all sorted out & my daughter was given a new pair of boots right away (these new boots are holding up well). The customer service from these women are amazing! I was so pleased with their level of professionalism, kindness & understanding. I'll definitely be going back there :)
