Her energy and genuineness sold us and she quickly became part of our plan in moving forward. We were not disappointed. He proved again that his real estate knowledge is only matched by his professionalism. He explained the real estate market to us with clear data and was always accessible to answer our questions and provide expert advice. Tim gave us great tips to make our home market ready, he had professional photos and video taken and ensured our listing had a strong online presence. The time and effort he invested in promoting our home paid off. When we saw our listing we were blown away. It looked amazing and thanks to his expertise and attention to detail our house sold in 5 days! Tim walked us through every step of the process and made it incredibly easy and pleasant. We would definitely recommend him to anyone. In our opinion Tim is second to none.
