(April 3, 2023, 6:25 pm)Sandra went above and waaaaaay beyond in the planning, preparation and selling of my elderly mother's home. When initially speaking with Sandra, she said she likes helping seniors with the transition of selling their home, and it was evident from beginning to end that she was not only a committed real-estate agent, but she also understood the difficulties that many seniors experience when selling their family home and transitioning into a new living situation. Sandra worked tirelessly to organize everything my mother needed to get her home ready to get on the market. She was patient, kind and very understanding of all the hurdles that were thrown her way, and in the end, she negotiated a more than fair deal that left both my mom and I very happy.
I highly recommend Sandra, and can attest to her ability to specifically work with seniors who are in the process of downsizing. We found her to be extremely knowledgeable, patient and committed. If I had to do it all over again, I would pick Sandra Williams every time!

She was truely amazing by helping every step of the way...above and beyond our previous experience or expectations... She staged, assisted my parents with anything we needed technology wise (I live in a different city then they do), she got the property listed quickly and sold in 2 weeks!
She is knowledgeable, kind and goes above and beyond. Thank you Sandra for everything you have done - it has been greatly appreciated. -
