I've bought my first three houses through Peter and his advice, experience and contacts were a huge asset each time.
Had a great experience buying a second home property with Peter. We did not know what exactly we were looking for. We visited at least 10-15 properties before we found what worked for us. Peter has a great patience and understanding, as well as an enourmous knowledge of real estate and construction. Being a construction contractor in the past, he has the expertise and knowledge and was able to point out things we did not know before. He went above and beyond of what you would expect from a real estate agent. At one point he spent a good part of the day looking for the septic tank that was buried under a concrete slab: he rented an excavator to dig it out and arrange for its inspection! I would definitely recommend Peter if you are buying or selling property!
