Quinte Air Supply

When our 14 year old furnace broke down, we called Quinte Air Supply (we've used them in the past) for service. They came out & fixed our furnace right away. Unfortunately, the next day another part went. We knew we were going to have to replace the furnace sooner or later, but unfortunately it was sooner. We called QAS the next day & the owner came out right away to give us a quote on a new furnace. They allowed something off for the part they had just replaced. Their price was very reasonable. The new furnace was installed the next day. They showed up on time, completed the job (took the old furnace out & installed the new one), cleaned up after themselves (they were very neat) and were on their way in about 3 hours. I would highly recommend QAS for their professionalism, quality & value for service.

Our furnace was not heating well so we called Quinte Air for service. Within two minutes they detected a damaged heat exchanger requiring immediate replacement of the furnace. Kevin (owner) arrived within 30 minutes, and had three quotes prepared shortly thereafter. All units were in stock and he said could be installed the same day. We signed on the dotted line and within two hours there were 5-6 technicians on site removing the old and installing the new (of course there were some surprised along the way but work was completed by 4:30pm). We got a little tutorial on the new thermostat and they left the basement and work areas as neat and tidy as could be expected. The only casualty is a scratch/smear on the wall paint leading to the basement. Can't really fault them for that though, they were lugging equipment and tools up and down all afternoon... We recommend Quinte Air strongly.

This company came in way under the price of another in the area. Very warm and friendly. Answered all my questions. Arranged and processed all of the warranty paperwork. Install was quick and done to my specifications. Very professional. Definitely recommend!

After another heating outfit could not find the cause of the problem, I decided to give Quinte air supply a chance. Dealing with different kinds of heating systems, they did discover the problem which was actually very minor, but also very tricky to locate. Kevin the owner, even called me back the next day to make sure all was well. A superb friendly service and extra effort, but without the extra cost! Highly recommend!

Kevin and Linda came into my home to create a quote for for my for a new propane furnace replacing my electric furnace and a new air conditioning system replacing one that no longer worked. All aspects of the various options and associated costs were explained and I was given a chance to ask any questions I may have. I had none. Everything was explained while they were outlining the various systems. When they left I was confident in my choice of both furnace and air conditioning system. The was completed within 10 days but not before Linda made a call to me to inquire if I had a heat source available over a couple of days that were forecasting to be quite cool. Luckily I was fine, but positively surprised that they even cared enough to check! I will definitely be recommending Quinte Air Supply to all my friends and colleagues. All work was completed in a neat and timely fashion and when I came home that evening I was greeted by a warm and toasty house.
