(August 20, 2020, 5:26 pm)Personally I have nothing but great things to say about their homes. The structural layout of our place is intuitive and thoughtful. The air/ furnace/ ventilation of our home is also very thoughtful and effective in its purpose. The touches are so so nice. They are clearly striving to make a very good home and they have one very happy customer in me.

There wasn’t a lot of upgrades we had to add because it was already included as standard
I have been living in a Duvanco home for the last three years and could only found minor issues
I highly recommend them over any other new home builders in belleville
