My Wife and I chose Mina's Apiary to provide honey for our Wedding bomboniera. From the start, Ivan and his family accommodated our VERY large order and made sure each jar was carefully packaged and cleaned for presenting to our guests. The honey quality is incredible and they demonstrated a simple test to prove their honeys purity.
The honey they provide has an unbelievable pleasant floral scent and delicious flavour. It's thick honey not the runny stuff we're all unfortunately used to. All of our guests were crazy about it and we have since used their honey as gifts for our children's baptisms. We wholeheartedly endorse their local product and will absolutely be buying bulk honey from them in the future!

Phenomenal honey. I bought some back in the spring to make lilac infused honey and now that the weather has cooled, I've taken to using the leftovers in tea. I can't begin to explain how floral and lovely it is on its own. You will not be disappointed!
