I spent some time with my boyfriend piecing together vapes that we enjoyed, but had no clue on how to fill them, change a coil, or what the wattage, VG, PG, or nicotine strength I needed. We went to a different local store and were met with super awful customer service. I was completely ready to just throw in the towel.
As a 20-year veteran working in customer service myself, walking into Ice Blue today was a breath of fresh (or fruity!) air. The proprietors of the establishment were so warm and welcoming. They helped us with every little detail and encouraged us to come back with any questions or just to even change a coil. Plus we got some awesome pet therapy with the "guard dog" (in the loosest sense of the term) Gracie! ❤️
As a two-pack-a-day smoker, I'm hoping to utilize vaping to help cut the habit and eventually ween myself off of the vape. The owners of the shop even offered me support, advice, and guidance on how to do that which is completely above and beyond.
Extremely glad that I didn't just give up and I made my way over. I will definitely be a repeat customer! -

Place was very clean. Lots of stock and the prices are more than fair. Highly recommend (hence the 5 ★'s). 😁 -
