He listened to all our very specific concerns about size, comfort, build quality, weight, etc. and got us exactly what we were looking for in a new mattress for our new RV trailer. Much better experience than we had a few years ago at Sleep Country were they shipped us the wrong bed twice. Can't say enough good about MasterBedroom. It's so nice to deal with the owners of a local, family owned business. Will only shop here for beds in the future. Thanks Jim from 2 very happy customers.

We weren't pressured to buy a more expensive product. We found exactly what we needed and the mattress was delivered on time.

Delivery to our house a breeze - they were on time and assembled our new bed quickly and beautifully. I will never buy packaged furniture again when it was so easy to buy locally and have it assembled for me! Thanks!

(April 24, 2019, 10:45 pm)Unexpected great service. Needed a custom made mattress for a 3/4 bed, a size not commonly carried by mattress shops. Discussed what I needed, was given good advice by staff and I ordered it over the phone. Staff were very professional and helpful. Price was reasonable. Delivered and installed on date promised by two guys who obviously cared that the bed was put back together properly. I am very pleased and thankful for the service and product. Will definitely be back.

We just purchased a new Bedroom Suite and Mattress and had it delivered and set up in our home. We could not be more pleased with the Service and quality of care and attention given to our new furniture and to our privacy and personal time. The relaxed sales approach, competitive pricing, friendly family service, and quality products were followed up with a quality delivery process that was both professional and on time as promised. They were both careful and respectful in their delivery process.
