(October 9, 2020, 4:55 pm)We switched to Dr. Moncrieffe after a negative experience with our last eye doctor for our son. She is patient and caring with our son. She also takes the time to explain things in a way I can understand. Her receptionist is also top notch! She help secure us a specialist appointment and we are so grateful for them both. They also have appointments after 4 pm which is great for a busy working families.

Very helpful, friendly and informative for being our first time purchasing glasses.
Unfortunately I cannot remember her name, she was possibly in her 30s, blonde hair and grey/silver glasses. She was amazing!
