These guys really care about you and what they do! This is the first physio in years where I feel in good hands. I've been to other physio where they just give you stretches at home, these guys emphasise the manual stretching and in house work first, and at home second! I had a recent shoulder surgery and these guys have been taking great care of me on my way to recovery. Mackenzie is almost always there, greeting everyone and has taken great care of me plus attention to detail. in addition to Raul and the newest addition to the team, they all take patient care to the utmost important, something close to me as a nurse and a patient.
Overall an amazing experience with the staff, and a special shout out to the amazing front desk staff Jennifer who always welcomes everyone with a warm smile and greeting.
I would recomend this place to anyone in need of physiotherapy, massage, acupuncture or the like! -

(March 18, 2019, 6:59 pm)The staff at Performance Physio were very effective and friendly. My random sharp knee pain went away after 1 week and all pain was gone by 6 weeks. I really appreciated learning about all the exercises I could do and how the staff greeted me by name with a smile. I never had to wait more than a couple minutes.

I am extremely pleased with my experience at Performance Physio. Amazing staff! very professional and kind! Thank you????
