(April 4, 2019, 10:42 pm)I've been reading the reviews and thought I should write my experience down. I have been to this clinic several times over the years and have always had a good experience. Yes, sometimes the staff is exhausted and that can maybe come off as rude, but they have been working long hours and dealing with sick people all day, they are people too. The doctors I have seen have always been professional and do what they believe to be right. They also are tired, over worked and under staffed. Today I called with an embarrassing question and the receptionist couldn't have been lovelier. She put my mind at ease, told me which day I should come in to make sure I got a doctor who had experience with my issue. She genuinely made feel so much better just by communicating her concern and understanding. I know clinics can be hot or miss, but this one has always been very good to me and I recommend it to others all the time.
