I visited their Stoney Creek location and I must say I was greeted by very knowledgeable and friendly staff (which was fantastic as I had very limited knowledge walking in). Prices are very reasonable, I will def be going back!

Favourite place to go for all my supplement needs! One of the only locations I have found in Hamilton that serves a protein that's gluten free, zero lactose, zero aspartame, and zero trans fat. Also best protein shakes around! Love their toonie Tuesday deal as well!
