Perfectly located in the Gateway Ice center arena. It provides required refreshments after a tough game of hockey or other sporting activities, People who also drive by get the opportunity to be served by their great staff. I had a blue berry smoothie and it was great.
You can get Tea, coffee, smoothies, all sorts of protein bars and protein shakes.
This place is all about #healthy lifestyle and if that's your thing, they can hook you up with refreshments that will not give you too many calories but still tastefully satisfying.
Also you don't have to empty your wallet. Prices are very reasonable.
Wish them luck. I enjoyed my blueberry shake...... "yummy". -

The availability of products is very good and there is a great quantity to choose from, including the flavours for smoothies. It is my biggest go to!!! The service from the owner is also very good, he is friendly and attentive to all the needs of his guests.
