Mackenzie is a certified Force Free, Fear Free, R+ (positive reinforcement only) trainer who takes the time to teach you how to work with your dog without any harmful corrections or punishments.
Mackenzie is a godsend to Charlie and I and I am so glad I found her. So few trainers are force free, and even less professionally certified, so Makenzie is one in a million.
I cannot say enough good things about her!! Thank you Mackenzie!! -

(April 9, 2021, 2:22 am)Mackenzie was wonderful with my fairly temperamental cat and got all of his nails clipped with minimal fuss, she definitely has a great touch for keeping animals calm but cooperative. Highly recommend for any less than cooperative cats for nail trimming.

(August 15, 2020, 1:27 pm)I was referred to Mackenzie by our trainer because our 7mos aussiedoodle has been having a terrible time at other groomers. Mackenzie is absolutely passionate about her work. We created a customized plan to get my puppy used to grooming. I was so impressed he let her cut his hair! I live in Burlington, but she will be our groomer from now on. 6 out of 5 stars.
