When I called the 2 competitors their mailbox was full or there was NO answer. Upon the 1st ring Sam answered his business phone ! Within seconds of explaining my need for support he immediately provided the solution, cost [broken down] and offered to review the computer at NO COST. Imagine, a professional offering to review you problem at NO COST if he is not able to repair it. I immediately took him up on his offer. Within a day I rec'vd a call that the computer was fixed and performing as expected. Sam is very professional, experienced and provides an immediate response. I have returned twice to his business for support. I recommend Call Us Computer, 1473 Main Street West, Hamilton, On.
