The restorative yoga positions and exercises were targeted for my sore lower back, the food was scrumptious, the horses are lovely, and Rona is a wonderful listener and is very knowledgeable and empathetic. I feel like I learned, relearned and gained clarity on a lot of issues in my life. I didnt know what to expect from the retreat when I arrived, but it turns out I got what I needed! Thank you Rona and equines for a wonderful experience!

(December 3, 2020, 9:06 pm)If you want a life changing experience look no future then here. The timing was unbelievable in my life and exactly what I needed. I continue to meet up with Rona and work with the horses as the messages help me out so much. Plus the facilities are great, and the cabins are the amazing. The whole retreat is one that I will never forget and always want more of.
