(December 25, 2022, 2:29 pm)Process was smooth from start to finish. All my questions answered efficiently. Had sauna delivered to Ottawa and I assembled in a day using their helpful instructions. My family loves it. We are in it five days a week. I especially like that pine is an option. I recommend True North Saunas without reservation. Excellent product and top notch customer service.
