(December 30, 2022, 5:51 pm)I don't live in Kingston but have family here, so I used a day-pass. Was absolutely amazed how great the equipment is. Everything works well, maintained properly, and the gym itself is not overly crowded.
If you're committed to the gym then this is the perfect place to work out. -

Open 24/7, it stands above the rest of the gyms in the area with its gym equipment, allowing you to fully engage each muscle group with confidence. The staff are incredibly professional and helpful.

There is a big sense of community in this gym; members whom are serious yet friendly. Trainers know their stuff and are more than willing to go the extra mile to explain stuff to you and show you how to do things properly. Best gym in Kingston if you want results and not free pizza or doughnuts..
