(February 10, 2023, 11:05 pm)Having trained in numerous gyms in different cities, being particular as well about the gyms that I train at, I am comfortable saying United is a gym I'll always enjoy stepping into!
Jordan and Elyse have done a great job building United and setting the tone for a great training environment for EVERYONE.
Whether you're in there using a structured program designed by Jordan/Elyse or jumping in for an "open" workout, I've never left dissatisfied. They're both very knowledgeable and genuinely wanting to teach proper mechanics and form with movements over anything else.
The new addition to the gym was awesome to walk into! There is plenty of equipment to do just about any exercise or movement, which all equipment is great quality 👍
If you're looking for a gym with truly no judgement, community encouragement, reliable/trusted trainers, diversity and adaption United is where you should be 💪 -

(August 17, 2021, 2:16 am)USW is a great place to learn and succeed! The communication and support I've experienced is really personal and encouraging as I go about my training. Jordan is extremely knowledgable and even though I train remotely through video clips and text chats I still feel that I have connection with him to find what's best for me, my body, and my goals!

(August 14, 2021, 2:45 pm)I have been working out with Jordan since summer 2018 & Jordan is an amazing trainer! He helps set individual goals/training programs for me and pushes me in each session. He is incredibly knowledgeable and happily and readily shares his knowledge. I like to know the why behind what he plans and he’s always happy to share his information.
I am stronger, healthier and happier, not only physically but also mentally and working out with Jordan at United has been a huge part of this.
If you are looking for a great trainer who will provide an individualized program for you, Jordan is your man! -

(August 14, 2021, 2:24 pm)Jordan and Elyse have an excellent and inclusive program. I joined USW when I got my home gym setup so that I would not injure myself while training. They have been extremely helpful and I’ve seen progress with them that I have not been able to achieve before. I highly recommend USW for beginners and experienced weightlifters/athletes. Jordan and Elyse will customize the perfect program to help you be in the best shape of your life and help prevent any sports or life-related injuries.
