  They are fantastic lawyers. If you have been wronged or hurt due to an accident that wasn't your fault call them. The staff will answer your call and have a lawyer best suited to your situation call you back. You will have an initial meeting at no charge and if they take your case you only pay if you win. Don't sit in pain and worry about how you're going to pay your bills. Give them a call and release that stress.

  On July 25, 2018 we were suddenly faced with medical costs in the United States of more than $30,000CAN based on a claims adjustor’s opinion that we had misrepresented our case on our insurance application. Confident as we were that the adjustor was wrong, we still sought advice from Bergeron|Clifford on how to proceed.
  
  They were terrific. At our one meeting they quickly reviewed and equally quickly understood the entire file. They expressed their confidence in our case and suggested a letter from Bergeron|Clifford outlining our position would be the best solution. They were right. The file was reviewed and the decision reversed in short order.

  Having been through litigation twice now, I can say with certainty that Ted Bergeron and Chris Clifford have built a law firm that works at the highest level of integrity I've ever known in a business.
  No wonder they are one of Canada's Top 10 law firms.
  As bad as it got for me, and as badly as I perceive I behaved in response to my own legal/insurance process, the more I appreciate the legal wisdom, the kindness, grace, compassion and understanding I received from my lawyer (I have a stack of business cards and hand them out to everyone, especially people who travel for work). If an unexpected injury happens to you, call these guys, you won't regret it. You will be treated with care & compassion and be given the best legal advice available. I would not recommend anyone else. Thanks Bergeron Clifford!

  I am not one to leave reviews, but I had to share a moment that warmed my heart and I have not been able to get off my mind.The other day I noticed two individuals leave the St. Vincent De Paul food kitchen downtown Kingston and they were wearing Bergeron Clifford shirts. I stopped to talk to them briefly as I was curious as to why lawyers would be anywhere near a food kitchen for the needy let alone coming out from it.
  
  BUT what I heard next was one of the most heartwarming moments I have experienced! It turns out they volunteer there EVERY Friday for the past 5 years.Imagine that, a law firm taking time out of there Friday's to volunteer for those who need assistance. I could never image a lawyer doing that but I have to post because it was one of the nicest things I have heard.
  
  It is great to see a local firm giving back to the community and putting the needs of others before themselves. I have not used an injury lawyer but I think that says TONS about their character. In a world where we continuously hear bad news, it is TRULY wonderful to see something like this.
