He motivates me to stay accountable for my exercise program, and provides good information to help me understand what I'm doing and why. He asks excellent questions and really gets to the root of what is wrong and what it means to my life.

He gave me confidence through his professionalism, empathy, kindness and state of the art skills. I know that I wouldn’t have healed as effectively without his support.

Having experienced and witnessed treatment from number of different physiotherapists, I now recognize the great variety of quality and approaches in this profession. Keith is a step above. Most members of our family have seen him for various injuries! In every case, he has been kind, knowledgable, professional, thorough, and most of all, effective. Keith was physiotherapist #3 for one of my kids, but the only one who was able to immediately assess her shoulder needs, provide helpful treatment, and assign a program that led to real progress. She went from a great deal of pain and limited movement, to being able to go back healthy to her best loved activity: climbing. One thing I appreciate about Keith is he doesn't default to machines (like ultrasound or tens) but rather, uses hands-on treatment and massage. His practice is also so efficiently run, with exercise programs (with demonstrations) on an easy to use app. I would recommend him to anyone, with zero hesitation.

I’ve always been a little injury prone and I’ve worked with a lot of physios and ATs and Keith is outstanding. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and made the effort to go the extra mile. Don’t waste your time or money with anyone else - this is the person you want treating you.

He very much wanted to be able to play baseball this summer but without the use of his shoulder due to the extent of his injury, the prospect wasn’t good. However, Keith was hopeful but very honest about the recovery process and the time that it could take. He was very knowledgeable about what my son needed to help the shoulder heal and used a number of techniques to support the healing process. He used a very helpful app to deliver a home exercise program. With the treatments and home exercise program my son’s shoulder healed much quicker than expected! We are very thankful to Keith! His knowledge, expertise, patience and kindness make him a terrific physiotherapist! So baseball here we come!
