I dealt with Ross/(Russ?) on the phone and Rebecca in person, both of whom were great and easy to talk to. They did a wonderful job informing and educating me about credit and advised me as to my options. Very happy to be dealing with them and I would recommend to anyone needing a loan.

She handled my financial requirements quickly and with extreme professionalism. Fantastic customer service skills.

Received a call after 1 business day to explain options more in detail and explained how easy it is to pay through online banking as well as alternatives. So far I'm very happy with this service, thanks Russ!

Rebeka went over and above for myself with a situation that had absolutely no benefit to her. Her and the manager made it painless and effortless for me. Specially in these crazy times we are all enduring right now. I would recommend this team of experts to anyone that may have a need for their services!!! Absolutely wonderful experience!!!!

Rebecca especially was very thorough and was excellent about getting back to me, answering my questions, and educating me about my credit and options. A positive experience all around.
