They are knowledgeable, honest and caring staff who listen and care about getting the right fit and the best deal for their clients. A seamless and enjoyable purchase! Isaak was excellent and efficient! He did an outstanding job at selecting the perfect vehicle for us and explaining and taking care of all the details of the transaction. He made the entire experience very pleasant and seamless! Needless to say, at Carloft they worked to get the best for us and greatly exceeded our expectations! I was going through the pain of selling my vehicle privately online until Mike got in touch with me with a great offer for my SUV. The transaction was smooth and the gentlemen from the dealership came from the Kingston location to London ON to pick up the vehicle from my home. When they arrived they did a quick look over the vehicle and handed me the certified cheque. Easy Breezy- I recommend seeing what car loft will offer for your vehicle before trying to sell on your own.

(November 25, 2022, 2:16 pm)I’m a repeat customer. Second truck I have bought there. Isaac and Ryan were great to deal with… they found me the type of truck I was looking for.
Picked the truck up Wednesday. It’s great! Only issue is that the tires will need to be replaced very soon. Tread depth is only six…. I brought this up before hand and was told that they replace the tires at four.
For being a repeat customer and for the price paid for the truck… in my opinion there should have been better tires put on it.
Just doesn’t seem right to have to buy tires within a few months of buying a newer truck. -
