The level of commitment of Steph to her members during the Pandemic has been amazing, providing a wide array of online classes and spin bike rentals. Having this service has certainly helped me keep my sanity during this crazy time. -

(November 29, 2020, 8:49 pm)Have been a member since January of 2020 and love it. There are a great variety of classes and the instructors encourage success. Stephanie, the owner, knows her members by name and makes you feel important. Love the virtual classes and they work well. Only thing missing is shower facilities, would make this gym a 6.

(February 7, 2020, 12:36 am)After a decade with one of the big chain gyms, I am very happy I made the switch to this boutique gym. New, bright, and friendly, with a great selection of classes. The instructors are great, and owner Stephanie is knowledgeable and friendly. If you want classes and a positive community feel, this might be the gym you've been looking for.

Stephanie (the owner) is so welcoming. She has even convinced me to try several classes that I was resistant to and all I can say is that I am still attending them so well done Steph.
