Over the last two years Jim Elliott has conducted three building Inspections for me exposing
costly issues and providing the peace of mind to confidently go forward.

I went in knowing I'd have to do some work on the house but Jim helped me with prioritizing what needed to be done sooner than later. He was able to put my mind at rest over a few things that did concern me and was also able to provide approx costs of the work that would be required. He reviewed his report with me at the end of the inspection and was able to print it off right there. Thank you, Jim, for all your help!
