Delivery and set up of our sauna was not easy, but Ji, went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Even after delivery, Jim checked in to ensure we were satisfied. The sauna itself is of excellent quality. Jim Elliott and Northern Hot Tubs has earned my trust and a five-star rating!

He was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect hot tub for our family. We have used it many times and love it we purchased the Huron LÊ and are very happy with our choice, do not hesitate to contact Jim for your hot tub he is always available he responds quickly his service is beyond measure. Jim was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He has a great set up at his showroom, conveniently located near our Southampton home, so we were able to view many products before making our final decision. Thank you, Jim, for the great customer service and thank you Northern Hot Tubs for the amazing product!!

The hot tub was delivered to Kincardine and set up in a couple hours. His shared knowledge on operation and water treatment was greatly appreciated.
