Clean accommodations and Nan and John are excellent hosts. Met Kelsey and grandpa too. I felt real comfortable like I was with family. It turns out John and I grew up in the same area and our high schools were big sports rivals, particularly in football. However it’s not the man’s fault that he had to go to ‘that’ school, so of course I’m not gonna hold that against him. As a good Christian I should have compassion on the man lol. All kidding aside, Vance’s resort is not just a fishing camp. It’s a nature lovers paradise. Our group came to Vance’s on a paddling excursion and it was an amazing 3 days. Got to visit a beautiful beach property on Aird island which was an amazing treat. My wife Angie took some amazing photos which we will definitely share with their other daughter Katie. Hopefully some of them will end up on Vance’s Facebook page or on their website, because pictures are worth a 1000 words. You just have to see the little jewel that they have. Can’t wait to be back!

Just came home from a weekend at Vance’s Resort! Nan, John and family were wonderful hosts! Oh, and can’t forget Ted! (The dog)
The views are spectacular, the cabins had everything you would need for a stay. Lots of docks available to fish from or head out in the boat to fish find.
Our group was there for a paddling excursion and having this great venue allowed us to have a special time paddling and socializing with friends!
Am hoping our paddling weekend will become a yearly event at Vance’s!

Just finished a 4 day paddling excursion in Spanish Ontario, Stayed at Vance's Resort. It was perfect! Comfortable cabin, clean!, a perfect location! The staff and owners were awesome... If you want ta great experience fishing or paddling, just book at Vance's Resort!
