Shawn and Paula have customer service understood very well. Like the founder of McDonald’s who coined the phrase, they know if you take care of the customer, the business will follow. One of our springs on our garage door had broken and it would no longer open, in the dead of winter. Shawn came out to visit, and I was pretty much resigned to get a new door because of the old one’s age. He didn’t pressure at all. Good friendly conversation, and he offered to replace the broken spring at no cost to keep the ol’ door functioning until the new one came in. Ordering was easy and Paula was patient with me as I did multiple quotes on multiple styles. We are thrilled with the end product. A superb quality and efficient installation, right on schedule. Thanks Shawn and Paula, you are amazing at what you do. I’d highly recommend you.

SGM proved to be a very professional and reliable company, from the first visit by Shawn to my house to explain the product, up until they fitted the new door. Communication via email/telephone with Paula was excellent from the initial looking at different door designs until completion. Lastly, the new door is a vast improvement and so much lighter than the old one they removed. In short, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others looking for a new garage door.

We now have 2 beautiful new garage doors expertly installed by SGM. Our old garage is now looking great thanks to Sean and friends' expert install.
