(October 29, 2022, 1:59 am)Cute little store/café, right next to the rail trail from Bridgewater to Mahone Bay. Bicycle parking and a beautiful garden to sit in. The baked goods were awesome and seem to change every time I drop by. Americano coffee is excellent. I seem to have found a great bicycle route coffee shop by accident! Awesome staff too, super friendly and helpful. I don't often do reviews, but this place was such a hidden gem, I want to share it with others!

They have lots of goodies inside such as produce, seed packets, general small grocery needs, etc..
They offer food and drink to take out or to eat there.
If you stay and eat you can sit in the beautiful garden that is well taken care of.
I believe there is a trail in behind the store as well (double check if it is okay for the public to go on).
When you enter in the front door to the left on the wall, theres a schdule of the bus to and from Halifax which is quite handy for tourists. I belive there were other local posts on there as well.
They have a decent sized parking lot.
Would love to visit again and try more of their stuff! -

Not a great general store - staff is too busy on cafe orders and patrons that you end up standing there aimlessly while staff ignores you. I was quite patient and polite to the 3 staff members. A “I’ll be right with you” or a “I can help you checkout in just a moment” would help. They certainly make it hard to support a local business.

(July 31, 2022, 6:50 pm)I just loved the outdoor seating! The tables were comfortable to sit at, plenty of shade under the umbrella even at midday. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food and coffees were great! We are planning our next lunch over there already. They were also very dog friendly for my 10 week old puppy, they made sure he had plenty of water to enjoy.
