(January 17, 2020, 12:21 am)Jay has been excellent to work with when planning our dream home. Prompt attention to our questions and details was so wonderful; compared to the days/weeks we were when hearing back from another modular home dealer.
We are now in our dream home and loving it!
A few things needed tweaking; but that is to be expected. We know that The Home Centre has gone above what any other dealer would have done to ensure we are stress free, and so very happy to be in the home we always dreamed of.
We cannot thank Jay enough for all he has done for us. If you are looking for your dream home....look no further than Jay Richards and The Home Centre. -

The home centre had the best options for us and they listened to our ideas and helped incorporate them in the home. Jay Richards was very easy to deal with, he gave us a lot of guidance and was very informative every step of the way.
I would recommend Jay Richards and The Home Centre, it’s top notch service from a very knowledgeable group.
MWe have been living in our home just over 7 months and we love it!

The Home Center has a very knowledgeable staff that are prompt if something does go astray. there attitude is " never a problem but finding a solution "

Willing to meet when it was convenient for us. Our home is beautifully built and the samples of paint, flooring, doors , cupboards and anything else one would want are fantastic. I would recommend Jay and the The Home Centre to anyone who wants a pre fab home.
