Jay grew up in the business and it shows ,his pictures and video were exceptional .Jay priced the home at the right price point for the market and location .we had an accepted offer within 3 weeks and the SOLD sign go up tomorrow ! We highly recommend Jay Richards !!! There are a lot of agents out there ,and I can tell you from experience if you pick the wrong one you will regret it .(Thank for SELLING our home Jay !)

From the moment we spoke to Jay, his professionalism, care, attention to details and motivation to deliver results was evident immediately. We knew our home was attractive and Jay’s quality pictures along with drone camera allowed for our home to be viewed in a spectacular way. Results always speak for themselves. Our home was on the market Monday and two offers came through Wednesday and sold all within a few weeks. I’d highly recommend Jay as your first call. You won’t be disappointed.

He suggested a few updates to do to get the most for our home and sell it quickly. We were in no rush to sell but 8 days after listing we had accepted an offer close to our listing price!! Jay took immaculate photos of our home that drew in a lot of interest! He is easy to get in contact with at any time! Even though he’s busy with multiple clients he makes you feel like your #1 priority! He walked us through the sale process and offered suggestions yet let the decisions be ours! We would highly recommend Jay to sell your home or purchase another! We also saved a ton of money with Jay’s 4% commission rate! If you are looking for a real estate broker, Jay is the only one you need!
