I called MacLaren appliance to find out what was wrong with my front load washing machine. I received excellent advice about the machine and it’s error codes, what the parts would cost and potential service costs involved. It was a very helpful discussion, I would not hesitate to use them for all my repair needs.
They were easy to deal with and very curious. But before you call for a maintenance issue, ask how much it is going to cost you. I was a little surprised at the total cost of less than a hours work for a $30 part.
Everything was explained to me in complete honesty ,I felt very comfortable. Showed up when they said they would and I was happy they could come when I called. Definitely the company I am calling in the future.
