She promoted and sold several pieces of property for us and, most recently, our family home when we chose to downsize. She has now helped us to find and purchase our new home in a new location and we couldn’t be more pleased. How she found the time to accommodate our (often short notice) viewing requests with her busy schedule often amazed us, but she always managed to make it happen, and to make us feel like we were at the top of her list. Dawn has worked tirelessly to help us achieve our goals; always willing to go the extra mile while exuding the utmost patience, diligence, and efficiency throughout the process. More so since we did it remote, she was very accomodating and did too many zoom tours for us to be sure. But it all came together and we got a place and we are on our way to turning it into our home. Dawn gives tips on what to do with the interior and exterior of the house in order to get your house to sell quickly. Dawn is one of the best real estate agents that we've used to sell our house. I highly recommend Dawn to anyone looking to sell their home.

(October 6, 2020, 12:26 pm)When I bought my house, it was a sellers market. Houses were NOT on the market for very long. Dawn booked us in for showings the day, or the day after, the houses came on the market. Dawn was very responsive. I made offers above asking on several houses. I was outbid each time. After several failed attempts, Dawn gave me some advice about slightly increasing my budget, which at the time I really did NOT want to hear, but in retrospect it was absolutely the right call. Dawn has great perspective and experience. I now have a beautiful home in the neighbor I wanted. Thank you Dawn!
