We were first-time homebuyers, and did not know anything about the process, but Nick explained everything very clearly and answered all our numerous questions.
Nick also helped us to understand better our expectations from the property and, as a result we found exactly the home we were looking for just in one day. He prepared all the papers right away, and we had our offer accepted the same day.
He also referred us to a mortgage broker and a legal representative, so we did not have to look for those specialists separately.
The whole process went very smoothly and quickly, Nick was always there to support us whenever we had concerns.
We are very happy that we have been referred to him, as Nick's professional approach, patience, and focus on our needs allowed us to obtain a gem we were looking for.

It is clear to all just how passionate and knowledgeable Nick is about real-estate and he is exactly the kind of person you want to help with the home buying process. He was extremely patient with us and was always quick to answer any questions we had. In this crazy market, there were many difficult days and times when it seemed like we'd never find our home, but Nick's positive attitude and dedication always got us through. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy or sell, he will not disappoint.

He was very available, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, but also has a great sense of humour that carried us through when we felt discouraged. He listened to our needs and preferences, and also offered great suggestions without being at all pushy. After awhile of trying to buy in a hot market, i wanted to give up, but Nick encouraged me to keep trying. We landed a great north end house that already feels like home!
